Good run this morning with Sheridan. I can tell that my stamina has improved since the last time we ran (over a month ago). Last time we ran he did most of the talking. This time I was able to participate more in the conversation.

Halfway through the run we got hit with some pretty serious rain. Didn't get cold really because we were in the middle of a workout but I was soaked.

Really nice to get back out there after a distracting week!

Great run this morning. I am impressed with how far you have progressed this last month. I'm glad we got out and got it done. I'm not going to lie to you when I seen it was windy part of me secretly hoped you had slept in this morning so I could sneak back home.
