I've been noticing that starting on mile 6 or so my neck seems really uncomfortable--kind of an achy numb sort of feeling.

Could I be pinching a nerve or could it just be bad form? Thinking about seeing the Chiropractor...

Really enjoyed the run. It's fun to be outside even if the only time I have to run is at the crack of dawn.

Sounds like you need to shake your arms and shoulders out every so often while you run. You are probably keeping your upper body tense. Nice run. Hope to be back up and running with you in the next week or two.

I have the same advice as Sheridan. I get tight sometimes and it is just from carrying too much stress in your arms and shoulders. Just try to relax it out. It sometimes I a conscious effort to relax your shoulders and like Sheridan said, to shake out your arms and hands. Your mileage is amazing! High five!
